Paul is a recent addition to the Forgestone team with more than 30 years of experience in the North American real estate industry, most recently as President of Investment Management and CIO at Bentall Kennedy (now BGO) in Toronto, one of Canada’s largest real estate investment management firms. For more than 20 years, Paul guided the firm through more than $20 billion in transactions across all asset classes and markets in Canada. Prior to that, Paul held senior positions at Nexacor where the team focused on converting Bell’s office holdings into a potential REIT IPO and eventual sale to Trizec, and Bramalea Inc. in a largely restructuring and disposition role.
As a fiduciary for many of Canada’s largest Pension Funds and Institutions, Paul will provide Forgestone with leadership and expertise from investment strategy and portfolio composition to acquisitions, dispositions, development and capital raising.
Paul holds a BA in Economics from Western University, and an MBA from the Ivey School at Western University.
