Paul is Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chief Operating Officer. He joined Forgestone in 2018 and is responsible for the firm’s corporate governance, strategic structuring, financial reporting, treasury, tax, debt, and risk management.
Paul is also responsible for operational oversight, investor communications, ESG, technology, and the implementation of Forgestone’s broader business initiatives.
Prior to joining Forgestone, Paul was a Senior Manager at KPMG, practicing in their building, construction, and real estate group. Paul worked with clients across the industry, including private equity, mortgage investment corporations, real estate investment trusts and public private partnerships. He has been involved in over $3 billion worth of real estate transactions, including public and private offerings.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Western University and is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
